Call the office to schedule. Please book a separate appointment for each significant concern — a skin cancer screening, a rash, acne, hair loss and cosmetic consultations each need their own visit.

Why there’s no medical question form here
Website forms and ordinary email are not appropriate channels for protected health information. Rather than invite you to send symptoms or photographs somewhere insecure, we simply do not offer a general medical question form.
Established patients can message us through our approved secure patient communication platform. If you are unsure how to reach us securely, call and we will get you set up.

We care for patients from Rapid City, Black Hills, Box Elder, Summerset, Piedmont, Sturgis, Spearfish, Custer, Hot Springs and western South Dakota, including patients who travel for Mohs surgery.
